Lockers
|
All students are issued a locker free of charge at the start of the school year or upon enrolment. Students must supply their own padlock to secure their belongings (a small Lockwood padlock with key, is suitable).

Contacting Students
|
Parents are able to get important messages to students by phoning the College office. A message will be delivered to the student as soon as practicable. There is a public telephone for student use outside the College office. Students should not bring mobile phones to school for security reasons. If mobile phones are required for travel to and from school, these should be secured in the student’s locker during the day. If students are ill or need to contact their parents urgently, they should approach a teacher who will make or arrange the call.

School Reports and Parent Teacher Interviews

Progress reports are written towards the end of terms one and three. Progress reports are distributed during Parent Teacher evenings held in the last week of term one or three. A note is required for a student to collect a progress report if a parent or guardian cannot attend. Detailed semester reports are provided at the end of terms two and four. These are either sent home with students or posted.
