Lockers
All students are issued a locker free of charge at the start of the school year or upon enrolment. Students must supply their own padlock to secure their belongings (a small Lockwood padlock with key, is suitable).

Contacting Students
Parents are able to get important messages to students by phoning the College office. A message will be delivered to the student as soon as practicable. There is a public telephone for student use outside the College office. Students should not bring mobile phones to school for security reasons. If mobile phones are required for travel to and from school, these should be secured in the student’s locker during the day. If students are ill or need to contact their parents urgently, they should approach a teacher who will make or arrange the call.

Student Monitor Program
To support the leadership program at the College, a student monitor system operates at Years 7 and 8. Beginning with Year 8, students work in pairs for one day, performing administration support tasks such as roll collection, newsletter collation, library tasks etc. They are under the supervision of the Administrative staff of the College and are rewarded a certificate at the completion of their duty.

Homework Club
Supported homework sessions are conducted in the library after school. Two sessions each week are conducted by teachers from Maths, Science, English and SOSE as well as other learning areas.

Library
The College library is open for students to use computer resources and study until 4pm from Monday to Friday.

School Reports and Parent Teacher Interviews
Progress reports are written towards the end of terms one and three. Progress reports are distributed during Parent Teacher evenings held in the last week of term one or three. A note is required for a student to collect a progress report if a parent or guardian cannot attend. Detailed semester reports are provided at the end of terms two and four. These are either sent home with students or posted.
